01 / Who we are

A place to belong.
A chance to lead.

Rin’ON began as an informal youth club in December 2013 and registered as an NGO in 2017. Based in Ferizaj, we engage and empower young people, particularly those in rural areas and those facing barriers to participation.

Our vision is a community where active young people drive positive change. We combine a place to belong, practical learning and opportunities to lead.

01

Learn by doing

Human rights education, dialogue and practical experiences that build confidence and understanding.

02

Lead together

Volunteers help design activities, facilitate sessions and turn their ideas into shared action.

03

Build bridges

We connect young people across communities, encouraging inclusion, peaceful dialogue and cooperation.

Strategic Plan / 2024–2027

Where we’re going.

Our 2024–2027 strategy sets the direction for Rin’ON: active youth shaping stronger communities, with a particular focus on rural young people.

01

Expand Rri’ON

The strategy aims to take the Rri’ON programme to at least nine new villages following the Balaj pilot, growing a network of young agents of change.

02

Reach and engage more young people

Strengthen outreach to young people and stakeholders, promote a safe space, raise awareness of key issues and share opportunities for participation.

03

Build sustainable organisational capacity

Improve internal processes, invest in staff development and strengthen resource mobilisation so Rin’ON and its programmes can grow sustainably.

The strategy was developed with the team, guidance from ATRC, and input from young volunteers and local stakeholders. Its core values are integrity and respect, diversity and inclusivity, making a difference, and youth leadership.

These are strategic objectives, not a statement that every target has already been achieved.
